Another year of movies has come to an end. Join Richard Lusk(aka the L-Train) and Ryan Bull (aka Mr. Two-Frames) as they celebrate their favorite films of 2015. Episode 115 features picks 10 through 6. A couple of the picks are going to cause fireworks when the other host finds out what was picked. The Salvation and other modern Westerns - LaF 76

Howdy Partner. On this week's show, the L-Train and Mr. Two Frames are reviewing The Salvation. This western stars Mads Mikkelsen as a peaceful American settler who is pushed over the edge by a notorious gang leader, played by Jeffery Dean Morgan.  Eva Green rounds out the cast playing the wife of a fallen outlaw who is trying to get over her own terrible past. The fellas have some strong opinions about this film, what makes for a great western, and why shooting digitally doesn't work for the genre. After the review, the guys give their lists for the top five westerns since 1995.

Wee LaF for the July 10 Weekend - LaF 58

LaF is back with another Weekend Entertainment Edition as the L-Train and Mr. Two-Frames look at the new box office releases for the July 10th weekend. Opening in wide release, is the animated kids flick Minions, which is a spinoff to the Despicable Me film series. The film explores what the Minions were up to before they met Gru. It is also one of the L-Train's best eagerly anticipated films of the year.

Opening in fairly large release is the sci-fi action thriller Self/Less starring Ryan Reynolds, Matthew Goode, and Ben Kingsley. The movie is about a rich old man who buys the opportunity to switch bodies with a younger man. Unfortunately, the process is not without complications and soon it is a race against time to figure what the corporation that preformed the operation is really up to. Look for full reviews of both films on a future episode of LaF. 

The guys have streaming picks of films for Amazon Prime and Netflix. Both film selections have been reviewed on earlier episodes on LaF. After you watch the films, go listen to our reviews.

Slow West and Avengers: Age of Ultron - LaF 42

LaF has a double review show for episode 42. This week the guys review films that are the biggest release of the year in their respective genres; Westerns and Superheroes. The L-Train and Mr. Two-Frames breakdown the two genres and discuss what makes them similar and different. Mr. Two-Frames gives his review of Avengers: Age of Ultron, explaining why he believes it is the best movie yet from Marvel. Later in the show, the L-Train gives his review of Slow West starring Michael Fassbender as a mysterious traveler helping a teen boy journey across the frontier.
